Refunds & cancellation

How billing, cancellation and refunds work across our retainer engagements.

All sales are final

Castle Life Media operates as an invitation-only retainer practice. Every engagement begins only after a written scope is reviewed and signed by both parties. Because work is performed continuously and resources are reserved in advance, all fees paid to Castle Life Media are non-refundable.

Retainer billing

Engagements are billed as monthly retainers in advance of the service period. Invoices are issued on the first business day of each month and are due net-15. Accepted methods of payment are ACH, wire transfer, and major credit cards.

Pass-through costs

Media spend (ad platforms), hosting, domains and third-party SaaS subscriptions are passed through at cost and itemized on each invoice. These costs are non-refundable once incurred with the upstream provider.

Cancellation

After the initial 60-day term, either party may end the engagement with 30 days' written notice to support@castlelifemedia.com. Work continues and is billed normally through the notice period. No refunds, credits, or proration are issued for the unused portion of a paid month.

Billing disputes

If you believe an invoice contains a clerical or duplicate-charge error, email support@castlelifemedia.com within 15 days of the invoice date. We will review and, where the error is verified, issue a corrective credit to the original method of payment within 10 business days. This is the sole circumstance under which money is returned.

Acknowledgement

By engaging Castle Life Media you acknowledge that you have read and accepted this no-refund policy in full. Anyone who is not comfortable with these terms should decline the engagement before any work begins.
